(Note: I'm an Obama supporter, so I'm reluctant to post this here at MyDD (which seems to have mostly turned into a rabid pro-Hillary site of late), but I felt the topic merited cross-posting).
With all of the latest buzz about Michigan and Florida seriously talking about do-over votes, I want to clear up one point of confusion about Michigan holding a "caucus" this time around instead of a primary.

I was retained as an expert witness for a civil trial here in Michigan last fall, in which a website developer was suing the Macomb County Sheriff's Department over payment he felt that they owed him for developing the Dept's website.
It was a long, messy, complicated case with lots of stupidity on both sides.
